Brand Partnership Manager Creator1 / UFG / MOBA Network

We are searching for the right person to take on the role as Brand Partnership Manager at Creator1 / MOBA Network. We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive doer, with experience and understanding from the gaming and streaming industry, ideally combined with a strategic mindset and experience from digital media sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive outreach to agencies and major brands who are targeting our specific demographic.
  • Work with brands and agencies in a strategic and creative manner to understand and utilize the strong marketing value of our online content.
  • Respond to RFP:s and requests from clients with a creative “MOBA Network hat” on.
  • Sell influencer marketing and digital media ad campaigns.
  • Obtain and maintain strong relationships with agency leads that buy MCN marketing on YouTube, such as prerolls, sponsorships and other creative partnerships.
  • Work strategically in prospecting new leads across the market, both endemic and non-endemic.
  • Complete sales cycle responsibility, from prospecting to selling, delivering to follow-up.
  • Keep up with the industry and stay informed with trends within media, digital advertising, and gaming.
  • Deliver on sales goals and other set KPI:s

 

Experience:

  • Relevant experience in the digital media industry and knowledge of the Programmatic buying market as well as direct sales online.
  • Experience in selling MCN YouTube pre roll and brand integrations
  • Having a large industry network with agencies and clients is a big plus
  • Prospecting and looking for new opportunities is in your nature

 

Other Stuff:

  • As we are a remote organization you will need to be of a very proactive nature, with a can-do mentality     
  • You are highly organized with the ability to manage multiple overlapping projects.

SEO / Content Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive doer, with experience and understanding of SEO, social media, and content marketing, ideally combined with a strategic mindset and experience from the vastly expanding gaming industry. Our network of community brands already serves 100’s million page views per month, so the person we are looking for is ideally experienced in working with growth for very large audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be in charge of organic growth for some of our 23+ gaming brands.
  • Work with our team of developers, community managers, and content producers to execute organic growth strategies.
  • Analyze and follow up on the performance of implemented strategies.
  • Being able to identify untapped opportunities and act on realizing them.
  • Deliver on goals and other set KPI:s.

 

Experience:

  • Deep experience in SEO and organic audience development.
  • Deep experience in data analysis with industry-standard tools like Google Analytics/Search Console, crawling tools, benchmarking tools like SEMRush etc.
  • Experience in successfully implementing organic growth strategies for websites with existing, large audiences.
  • Experience in clearly communicating in a team with many different roles.

 

Beneficial experience:

  • Experience in the gaming industry.
  • Technical SEO knowledge.
