Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our fast-paced and innovative organization. As the COO of M.O.B.A Network, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, forming strategic partnerships, implementing synergies, leading key organizational functions, and spearheading the innovation of new business ideas. We are looking for a high performer who can effectively manage and inspire teams, contribute to the company’s growth, and further strengthen our position as the leading consolidator of gaming communities.


  • Together with Chief Revenue Officer contribute to sales and revenue growth by developing and executing effective strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the gaming and esports industry, including game developers, content creators, and influencers.
  • Implement synergies across our various web-based gaming communities and platforms to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work and lead a cross functional and dedicated team of professionals and provide strategic direction to ensure efficient operations, optimize performance, and achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging the development and implementation of new business ideas and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to drive overall company success.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Report directly to the CEO and contribute to the formulation and execution of the company’s long-term strategic plans.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving sales, forming strategic partnerships, and achieving business growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming and esports industry, with a passion for gaming and community building.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and execute on new business ideas.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Understanding and skills of SEO and a plus if you have ideas and knowledge within AI.
